Since we were founded in 2018, Soyven has acted on the belief that doing the right thing sets the foundation for long-term success. We are committed to doing business in an ethical manner. Our customers, stakeholders, employees, and communities count on us to uphold this commitment, and we know that Soyven’s continued success depends on it.

We work to foster a culture of respect and cooperation, focusing on shared ethical standards and strong compliance programs that enable our customers to succeed and our communities to thrive. We achieve this by following our Guiding Principles and our Code of Conduct. When anyone sees behavior that does not align with these, we encourage them to speak with a manager or report their concerns to the Ethics Help Line.

Soyven’s seven Guiding Principles are ingrained in our culture and serve as the foundation for the behaviors expected from all our employees. Our ethical standards guide us when we face an ethical dilemma where the right choice is not clear.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is grounded in our Guiding Principles and outlines the shared ethical standards and compliance policies that apply to all employees. It outlines our ethical and legal responsibilities and what we need to do to earn and retain the trust of our employees, our customers and our communities.

Ethics Help Line

Soyven has established a help line, called the Ethics Open Line, for employees or any third party to ask a question or raise a concern about the conduct of a Cargill employee or anyone representing Cargill. We respond to all questions and take reports of potential misconduct seriously, and we handle investigations promptly, fairly, and as confidentially as possible.

Our Ethics Help Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for employees and third parties anywhere in the world (subject to certain countries’ legal limitations).
